Regnosian Helioptile line and Palossand

I just noticed I didn't actually write the evolution method for Regnosian Palossand; it's the same as normal though so it's no big deal. Anyway, Helioptile and Heliolisk adapted to the lack of sunlight in Regnos by taking advantage instead of the clear nights and the moonlight (I know moonlight is reflected sunlight but if Moonblast can be a move then this works too). Palossand here I wanted to fit in with a ruined castle that will be in the region; my explanation is that the moist air worked with its Water Compaction ability to harden its body, though to some extent it also began to crumble.

Evolves into Regnosian Heliolisk when a Moon Stone is used
They gather on rocky peaks on clear nights to absorb light from the moon, which they use to power themselves. The fact they exist at all in Regnos is indicative that the weather was long ago predominantly sunny but gradually became cloudier with more moonlight than sunlight.

Their frills pulsate when at full capacity for power, sometimes generating enough energy to tear space. They've become so thoroughly adapted to moonlight that the brightness of sunlight will put them in severe pain.

Evolves from Sandygast at Lv. 42
Their bodies gradually become harder and harder as they absorb more moisture, making abandoned ruins in rainy areas ideal for them. Their sturdy ramparts keep prey in and opponents out.
